Muralidhar Chatragadda is an accomplished Human Resource Management professional with over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and a total of 19 years of professional expertise. Holding an MBA from Andhra University and an LL.B from Osmania University, he has led HR operations across multiple organisations, including Celon Labs, Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), Sandor Medicaids Pvt Ltd, and Cronus Pharma Specialities India Pvt. Ltd. His strengths include SAP HCM implementation, employee life cycle management, and proactive grievance resolution. Muralidhar has successfully driven talent acquisition without external recruitment partners, optimized HR analytics and MIS reporting, and ensured compliance readiness for USFDA audits. Known for his leadership, coaching, and strategic HR planning, he is committed to fostering organizational growth and a positive employee culture through innovation, integrity, and excellence in human resource development.

Mahipal Kethwath is a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience in network engineering and IT management. A B.Tech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering, he has held key positions in various organizations. He is a certified CCNA professional, further enhancing his technical expertise. Prior to his current role as IT Manager at NTR Memorial Trust, he served as Senior Network Engineer at Atria Convergence Technology and IT Department Head at Garden of Eden Property Developers, where he successfully managed various Office Branches. Throughout his service, Mahipal has been recognized for his outstanding contributions, including receiving the Best Employee Award in his previous organization. He has also demonstrated his technical prowess through academic achievements,and receiving a Certificate of Merit in a paper presentation at the National Institute of Technology.
