Welcoming the New Year 2026 with optimism and renewed commitment, the NTR Memorial Trust shared heartfelt wishes with its extended family of supporters, partners, donors, and beneficiaries. As part of the New Year celebrations, Managing Trustee Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari Garu officially unveiled the 2026 Diaries and Calendars, symbolizing a fresh chapter of planning, dedication, and purposeful action. The launch event, held at the Trust headquarters, brought together key leadership including CEO Shri K. Rajendra Kumar, IPS (Retd), COO Shri A. Gopi, and the Trust’s staff members.

HIGHLIGHTS:

As part of her ongoing development tour of Kuppam, Smt. Nara Bhuvaneshwari, Managing Trustee of NTR Memorial Trust, led a major women’s empowerment event held at TTD Kalyana Mandapam on March 29, 2025.

The program showcased the Trust’s continued commitment to enhancing livelihood opportunities for women through skill development and economic support.

The event honoured womenwhohad successfully completed training programs in Jutebag making, Bangle crafting, and Tailoring, conducted under the Trust’s women empowerment initiatives.

Certificates of completion were awarded by Smt. Bhuvaneshwari, who commended the women for their determination and encouraged them to pursue self-suffi­ciency with confidence

HIGHLIGHTS:

Mahanadu is an annual event held in memory of the legendary Padma Shri Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu, whose vision and values continue to inspire selfless service to humanity.

This year, the three-day program was held in Kadapa on May 27, 28, and 29, coinciding with his 102nd Jayanthi.The NTR Memorial Trust played an active role in the event by organizing free health camps,

blood donation drives, and other service initiatives. All wings of Trust worked with dedication, reflecting the Trust’s commitment to public welfare.

HIGHLIGHTS:

At 6:00 PM, the run ocially began with warm-up dance sessions, energizing the participants across the 3K, 5K, and 10K categories.

The races were conducted sequentially:first, the 10K run started, followed by the 5K run after half an hour, and nally, the 3K run commenced thirty minutes later.

To encourage the runners and keep up the festive spirit, vibrant cultural dance performances showcasing India’s diverse traditions were organized in between the runs.

These lively displays of regional art and
culture energized the crowd and celebrated the unity and enthusiasm of participants from across the country

Honouring the Spirit of National Unity Day
.On 31st October, in observance of National Unity Day, members of NTR Memorial Trust came together to commemorate the occasion and rearm their commitment to the ideals of unity, integrity, and national solidarity.

As part of the observance, Trust members collectively took a pledge to uphold the values of national unity and to contribute actively toward building a peaceful, inclusive, and harmonious society.

The programme highlighted the importance of shared responsibility and collective effort in strengthening the nation’s social fabric.

The observance served as a meaningful reminder of the vision of unity and integration championed by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and reinforced the belief that a strong nation is built on mutual respect,

In acknowledgement of her commitment to public service, social responsibility, and positive societal transformation, the Institute ofDirectors (IOD) conferred upon her the Distinguished Fellowship Award on November 4th 2025.

She also received the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance on behalf of Heritage Foods Limited, recognising outstanding standards of ethical leadership and corporate
governance.

These accolades reflect international recognition of her visionary leadership, integrity-driven approach, and sustained eorts towards inclusive growth and community development.

Rajendra Kumar, IPS (Retd.), CEO of the NTR Memorial Trust, has inaugurated a free sewing training program designed for women seeking economic empowerment through self-employment.

This initiative, conducted under the guidance of Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari Garu, aims to empower women with essential skills that foster financial independence and reduce dependency on external assistance.

AMBULANCE INAUGURATION FOR NTR MEMORIAL TRUST BLOOD CENTRE, TIRUPATI

On September 25, 2024, the NTR Memorial Trust Blood Centre in Tirupati achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of a new Ambulance. Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari garu flagged off the ambulance, marking an important step in enhancing the Centre’s capacity to serve the community.

This vital addition was made possible through a generous donation by Bhagiratha Chemicals & Industries Limited, reflecting their commitment to supporting healthcare initiatives.

On this occassion, Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari garu emphasized the importance of blood donation and its life-saving impact.

NTR Memorial Trust Managing Trustee, Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari Garu, participated in the World Disabled Day program held at NTR Trust Bhavan on 3rd December.

As a part of the initiative, tricycles were distributed to individuals with disabilities, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to inclusivity and support for all.

On this occasion, Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari Garu emphasized the importance of collective support, stating that people with disabilities and the general public are equals in society.

She highlighted the vision of Shri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, who believed that “  Manavaseva Madhava Seva ” (Service to mankind is service to God), a principle that continues to guide the NTR Memorial Trust.

On December 31st, 2022, the NTR Memorial Trust Digital Calendar and Dairy were officially unveiled by Mrs Nara Bhuvaneshwari, Managing Trustee of the NTR Memorial Trust.

This app can be downloaded directly from Apple's App Store and Google Play Store onto a mobile device, allowing users quick and easy access to NTR Trust information services. Through this digital calendar, users can quickly inquire about available blood donations and discover daily results.

The app also includes an easily accessible donation option allowing individuals to donate with one-click to the Trust. Overall, the app provides essential information regarding NTR Memorial Trust's mission and programs in a user-friendly platform for everyone to operate with ease.

NTR Memorial Trust Lived Up to Its  Motto at #Mahanadu2023

The Mahanaadu was a special event in remembrance of the legendary, Late Dr Padma Shri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu. His words and principles have inspired everyone and continues to inspire to work with a spirit of selfless service to humanity.

The birth anniversary of NTR is celebrated annually as Mahanaadu. This year, we marked the centenary celebration of his birth in Rajahmundry. The NTR Memorial Trust played a significant role in organizing this event by conducting blood camps, providing free medical services, and ensuring access to safe drinking water through the NTR Sujala initiative. All departments enthusiastically participated and took initiatives to make this occasion a success.

During the Mahanaadu event at Rajahmundry, the team from NTR Memorial Trust showcased their exceptional ability to execute their plans effectively. They truly exhibit their commitment and dedication and made a positive impact.

77th Independence Day was celebrated with great fervour and patriotic spirit at NTR Memorial Trust. K. Rajendra Kumar IPS (Retd), CEO of NTR Memorial Trust, hoisting the National Flag Ceremony at its headquarters in Hyderabad. The event was filled with immense enthusiasm as we celebrated this significant milestone in our nation's history.

During his address to the gathering, he emphasized the significance of honouring those brave souls who made the ultimate sacrifice to liberate India from British rule. He also highlighted the arduous nature of India's freedom struggle and urged everyone to renew their dedication to safeguarding our nation's unity and integrity.

NTR Memorial Trust has achieved a significant milestone in its efforts to ensure healthcare is accessible to both urban and rural communities. They have established the NTR Sanjeevani Free Clinic, which is dedicated to providing free medical treatment and medications to individuals in need.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Fresher’s Day celebrations under the banner “Samagra Aarambh” were organized on September 9, 2023. Dr. Vijjulatha, Vice Chancellor of Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam of Telangana, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The students presented a variety of cultural programs, which were highly appreciated by the Chief Guest.

While addressing the students, she emphasized the importance of determination, dedication, and devotion for achieving success in life.

She also shared her life experiences, which motivated and inspired the students immensely.

NTR Memorial Trust wishes a very Happy Birthday to Sri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu Garu, Founder Trustee & Former CM of Andhra Pradesh on the occassion of his 73rd Birthday.

Smt.NaraBhuvaneswarigaru Managing Trustee, NTR Memorial Trust, has provided financial assistance of 5000 rupees each to 172 families at Gangapatnam village of Nellore.

 Thousands of people were severely affected due to sudden floods in November 2021 which wreaked havoc intheir lives. Many residents are still out of their homes, living with family and friends. Amongst the hundreds of affected villages, Gangapatnam village of NelloreDistrict was one of the worst affected leaving 172 families without shelter. Sh D.Rajiv reddy,

A special Blood donation drive and medical camp was organized at Ongole coinciding with the holding of Mahanadu on 28th May 2022, which was inaugurated by Shri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu garu, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh State.

Nutriful celebrated the 75th Independence Day with a lot of patriotic fervor and enthusiasm by conducting Fitness Training on 15th Aug, 2022.

The occasion of 75th Independence Day (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav) started with Shri K. Rajendra Kumar IPS (Retd), CEO, NTR Memorial Trust, unfurling the National Flag at NTR Memorial Trust Bhavan, Hyderabad, and followed by waving the flag for FIT India moment hosted by Nutriful which started with basic warm up, Stretches and Core exercises, simultaneously followed by Online Workshop where many people have attended and started practicing the same. This event acted as a successful journey in Nutriful transformation.

NTR Trust Educational Institutions celebrated the occasion of Diwali with full of gleams of auspicious Diyas and the colourful lights. Dr.M.V.Rama Rao, Academic Dean performed “Lakshmi Puja" and offered prayers for the welfare and prosperity of the organisation and the students.

He has expressed his extreme delight and annotated that the festival of lights is the celebration of returning of lord Rama to
Ayodhya after 14 years of the exile.

The splendid campus created positivity and good hope for future prosperity of the students. S J Reddy Principal, Vice Principal M.L. Sharada, AO P.Suresh, Campus incharge Mrs. Umadevi and all the faculty members were also present on the occassion.

Ms. Pranavika Jain of BA Second Year, NTR Educational Institutions, was selected for the Republic Day Parade on 26th January at New Delhi from NCC 7T Girls, representing Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states.

This is a proud moment for the NTR group of Educational Institutions. She was given a send-off at Nampally Railway Station by Dr. M.V. Rama Rao, Academic Dean of NTR Educational Institutions; Principal Sri S.J. Reddy; along with staff and family members.

    other Blood Centers with support from Volunteers. Thousands of volunteers donated
    blood to save precious lives at our 3 Blood Centres – Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam &
    Tirupati.

  • International Women’s Day celebrated at NTR Memorial Trust – TailoringTraining Centre, Hyderabad on March 8th.
  • Through the tailoring programs, NTR Memorial Trust creates an enabling environment to educate and empower women to run micro-enterprises for self-sustainability. Women are trained in tailoring and basic business management to provide them a sustainable means in supporting their families in the future. Learning to sew has changed many women’s lives. They earn money, meet the needs for their families and have gained self-esteem, respect among families, friends, and neighbours.

  • Dr M.V.Rama Rao has taken the reins as Academic Dean of NTR group of Educational Institutions on 22/09/2021.He did his Master's Degree in Political Science from University of Hyderabad and Doctorate from the sameprestigious University. He became a teacher by choice not by chance. He was associated with many premier Civil Services Academies in India including some premier institutions in Delhi and Bangalore. Prior to joining NTR Trust, Dr. Rao served as the consultant for Narayana IAS Academy for ten years. He has to his credit a book on Civil Services coauthored by him. He was involved in the mentorship programmes for many successful CIVILS students. He actively participated in many Social Service activities, wrote articles for different newspapers and Research Journals…….

Managing Trustee Smt. Nara Bhuvaneshwari Garu has provided financial assistance to 48 families who lost their loved ones were given financial support of RS.1 lakh each through the NTR Memorial Trust amounting to 48Lakh in total.

GEST(Girl Education Scholarship Test)2022 was conducted in two sessions in NTR Junior and Degree College for Women Gandipet, Hyderabad on 12th December 2021.

  • NTR Memorial Trust Blood Bank, Tirupati has celebrated its First Anniversary on 20 April 2020 and several voluntary donors came forward and donated blood.
  • NTR Educational Institutions, Gandipet organized “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” in Himayatnagar Village. Students cleared polythene bags, waste materials and conveyed them into dumping yard. Students also watered the plants.

He addressed the gathering and mentioned that “we need to remember those who fought for and gave up their lives to free India from British rule. India’s freedom struggle was a hard-fought one and Independence Day is the day to renew the pledge to protect the unity and integrity of our Country”. He added that we should celebrate this day with silent prayers of thanks to our heroes and martyrs and all the Security Forces who made it possible for us to live in a free Nation.

LBD-2019 was held at more than 110 locations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in collaboration with Red Cross, Rotary, Lions, Govt and other Blood Banks and with support from thousands of Volunteers.
