Health Camps

NTR Trust has developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for conducting Medical camps in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. These Medical Camps created a good impact in the awareness of diseases and distribution of free medicines for immediate relief of the poor and needy people. Our focus is on improving health of individuals from the underprivileged sections of the society. We continue to invest in programs that link health and healthcare, balancing treatment with prevention, collective action and individual responsibility. We conduct medical camps and awareness camp to check the health and update preventive measures to the patients. As part of our healthcare outreach, we conduct eye, ENT, dental and diabetes camps, as well as camps in other specialized medical fields across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These camps are conducted in support with hospitals, Doctors and local Community leaders.
The aim with these camps is to
(1) Create awareness,
(2) Identify the patient's problem and
(3) Help the patient to get treatment at an affordable rate at partnered hospitals.
NTR Trust also conducts follow-ups with those who are undergoing treatment. People will be benefited from each camp and will be aware of the necessities of better health. All consultation services and medicines distributed at the camp are free for the beneficiaries. It provides reasonable care to the patients at Medical Camps which are organized by a trained coordinator for smooth operation of the camp, experienced doctors, medical students, and paramedics to dispense medicines, technicians for testing the urine and blood samples.
