In celebration of International Yoga Day, NTR High School hosted a special yoga session for all students on the school premises. The yoga instructor guided the students through a series of asanas and breathing exercises.
The goal of this important day was to promote the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga practice. Students enthusiastically joined in, learning new techniques to improve their flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
