Job Title: Liaison Officer – Aarogyasri
Location: NTR – Thalassemia Care Centre

Job Summary:
The Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between the Thalassemia Care Centre and the Aarogyasri Health Care Trust. The role involves coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with Aarogyasri protocols, facilitating approvals for treatments and procedures, and ensuring smooth reimbursement and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal liaison between the Thalassemia Care Centre and Aarogyasri Trust.
- Ensure timely registration and approval of Aarogyasri cases for thalassemia patients.
- Assist patients and families in understanding the Aarogyasri scheme benefits and application processes.
- Coordinate with doctors and administrative staff to ensure that required documentation (case sheets, reports, bills, etc.) is completed and submitted as per Aarogyasri norms.
- Follow up with Aarogyasri officials for approvals, queries, and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of all Aarogyasri-related cases and updates.
- Monitor and report on claim status, reimbursements, and pending issues.
- Ensure compliance with Aarogyasri SOPs and audit requirements.
- Attend review meetings, inspections, and training sessions related to Aarogyasri operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the AO / Head Office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with knowledge of healthcare administration or social work).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital liaison or Aarogyasri coordination.
- Familiarity with Aarogyasri portal, processes, and documentation requirements is highly desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Aarogyasri portal operations).
Key Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and basic Hindi & English.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Empathy and patient-centric approach.
Work Timings:
09:30 AM to 06:00 PM
